This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein. 

A. SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping on our website is free. We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped.

Due to the large number of orders and the impact of the Covid Pandemic, we are experiencing slower than usual delivery times. We appreciate your patience. Orders from the USA/UK have been impacted more than other countries during this time. We hope for things to get back to normal in the near future.

Standard Shipping Times: 8-12 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) ( Cost: Free Shipping )
We process all orders within 2 - 3 Days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
 

PLEASE NOTE:
If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.

Please ensure the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout - Otherwise, you may face delays

B. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@onntop.com or Call Us at +1 202-977-2803

C. TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. 

D. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

E. Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
